收集個人資料聲明 PICS

當我們向個別人士收集個人資料之時或之前，會以適當的形式及方式向有關人士提供「收集個人資料聲明」（例如於收集個人資料的同一表格或網頁內展示）。

「收集個人資料聲明」會述明使用個人資料的目的；有關人士是否自願或有責任提供該些個人資料；不提供該些個人資料的後果；個人資料可能轉移及披露予甚麼類別的人；有關使用及／或提供個人資料以進行直接促銷的必要資訊（如適用）；有關人士要求查閱及改正其個人資料的權利，及處理該等要求的職員的聯絡資訊。

Personal Information Collection Statement (PICS)

When we collect personal data from individuals, we will provide them with a Personal Information Collection Statement on or before the collection in an appropriate format and manner (e.g. in the same paper form or web page that collects the personal data).

The Personal Information Collection Statement will state the purposes for which personal data will be used, whether it is obligatory or voluntary for the individuals to supply their personal data, the consequences for failing to supply the obligatory information, the classes of persons to whom the personal data may be transferred or disclosed, requisite information about the use and/or provision of personal data for direct marketing (if applicable), individuals’ rights of access and correction of their personal data and contact details of our staffs who will handle such access and correction requests.
